In so doing, we anticipate to integrate new perspectives and strategies in the treatment methods and the educational policies regarding alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs use in Lebanon.

• Raise the public and governmental awareness of the magnitude of drug use in Lebanon.

• Raise the local and regional awareness concerning contemporary treatment options in the drug dependency field.

• Encourage the local health authorities to introduce new methods of treatment in particular maintenance treatments.

• Promote the importance of school based Life Skills programs to governmental authorities and local educators.

• Create new regional partnerships in the field.
