The Right to refuse a urine test

Even if you are arrested for reasons unrelated to drug use, sometimes the police may ask you for a urine test. You have the right to refuse any medical procedure, including a urine test.

The Right to a phone call

You have the right to call your family and the right to assign and speak to a lawyer before the police interrogation begins.

The Right to refuse a phone search

It is illegal for police officers to search your phone for contacts, messages or images without a warrant from the investigative judge.
