Our presence at the 67th session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs in Vienna allowed us to continue advocating for the rights of people who use drugs in Lebanon and across the world with a number of global drug policy makers such as member states, UN entities and human rights experts, and to share lessons learnt and best practices with our colleagues and peers.
